I used a very sharp ice pick to find and make the holes in the headliner. If you look at the sunvisors, they are rather large with a big hole in the center. Poke a hole in the big center hole on each side after mounting the front headliner part then likewise with the three screw holes on each visor. It was easy but go slow.
