I was told that it was a 1941-42 .5T truck glovebox lock when I bought it, but when it arrived, it definitely wasn't what I ordered. I got my money back on it, but now I am stuck with a mystery. I have searched the web and the stovebolt pages, with no luck in find any clues to what it is for. There are no numbers on it anywhere, but the keys are GM/Briggs&Stratton.
