A "rebuild" will not generally include re bushing the throttle shaft, as it didnt on mine. I was able to locate a complete used "throttle body" (the cast iron bottom part, that the shaft is in) from one of the vendors for around $20.00 plus shipping. I'm figuring you cant get one rebushed for that, but then again, I couldnt find anyone that was willing to do it at all in my neck of the woods.
