Is there any chance you could scan/copy the '53 color codes sheet(s) and email/mail them to me? I would like to add that interior codes information to the
47-55 Paint Codes Tech Tip .
With the information that you provided above, I can now add the following:
Instrument Panel (Sheen Gray (Metallic) Poly):
PPG/Ditzler : 31104
Dupont : 202-81407
The only information I had about the steering mast jacket, and 3-speed gear shift, was that gray was used on Panels and Suburbans (I had no information on standard cabs):
