Kinda at the same stage with my '40. Have been told that the 3rd row seats from some of the bigger SUV's ( Expedition, Escalade ), work well, but haven't actually put a tape measure on any yet. Also spoke with a guy who used a mid nineties Ranger XLT bench that looked good. My existing bench is in good shape - I will also talk to an Upholstery shop - see what they can do to make it better.
