I can't remember who I ordered the glove box stuff from ... I think it might have been Brothers ... but anyway, I ordered the glove box light with a bunch of other stuff so the shipping costs weren't so much of a bite, you know?

Wherever you buy one, if it's for 6 volts a 12-volt light won't do.

Hmmm ... I just checked my catalogs and it looks like it was Brothers -- they list the glove box light for 1947 - 1972. I doubt they're the same for '47 as they are for '72 ('47 would be 6 volt) ... you might call them and ask: 800-977-2767
