Either way, I agree with Larry, walk away from it for a while. Tell us what is going on - many of us have learned the correct swear-words on all aspects of this operation. If you are having problems getting the frame back into the door, Alan Horvath has a very good explanation of installation of the side window frame and an explanation of installing the vent window frame.
