I did the install yesterday -- it was a piece of cake!

I had to remove the vent window ... didn't expect that! But it was easy enough ... had to fight a little to get it past the door window (carefully), but it came out fairly easily.
Then I discovered that spring & screw you can see below it ... there's a hole in the door panel to get to it when the vent window is in. I never knew that thing existed, and my passenger-side vent window was loose -- it would blow closed while driving -- so I was real happy when I saw that little bugger! "Oh! I can tighten up the vent window!"
Removing it was the only way I could install the felt channel for that part, and it also made it possible to remove the door window, which made it much easier to install the other felt channel.
RE-POPS was the brand I got -- NICE stuff!
With the vent window IN place, it's a good idea to make a mark on the door with a marker, of the exact point where the felt channels meet. Then remove the vent window ... replace the felt channel there ... remove the door window and replace the felt channel there ... then replace thedoor window ... then replace the vent window << take your time there and watch what you're doing -- it's a bit tricky.
Not bad! It took me 4 hours to do both doors -- I go slow and careful when I'm doing anything I've never done before.
