My sets came from either Jim Carter's and Chevy Duty. One set came with an
installation template and a set of very sturdy screws (I think Chevy Duty).
If your hinges and latches are good and your door is hung properly (big ifs), and if people follow Mechainiac's closing instructions, the arm rests are quite sturdy.
