I installed a fiberglass headliner in my 37 and it fit good,I am not too familiar with the AD trucks but if it has a center brace to hold up the original you might have to remove it. My 37 had a brace that screwed in and I had to remove it for the glass headliner to fit properly,who is the manufacture?. Jeff
