I just replaced my Cab Windlace Rubber and I had a leatherman tool with me. That helped alot. Some of the tracking was crimped and the leatherman had a flat screwdriver that was short and that worked great for uncrimping the track.
One trick is to cut about a inch to two inch piece of rubber and run it the length of the track so you can identify and uncrimp and tight spots. Otherwise it will be a major pain in the A##.
I did both doors in and hour and a half, guess I was one of the lucky ones.
