The problem is with all the compound curves. The back section went in OK. I tried "preforming" the front section in one curve by just laying it out with some blocks of wood for several weeks. It took the curve ok, but then I had to deal with other curve. Tried taking the back section out and putting both together on the center bow, but that didn't work to easy either. Maybe I'll try building a little form to try to prebend the new one, see if that works.
