Haven't gotten around to checking out your website yet, but in regards to your rear window questions, I'd check out
Jim Carter\'s website as he has the rear window rubber. He also sells window glass patterns on heavy paper. There are several other vendors you might check out such as
Chevys of the \'40\'s and
American Classic Truck Parts as well as others. I don't have my catalogs handy, but one of the outfits sells the cut glass itself. I ordered a couple of windows and windshield glass from them and they all got here in one piece. I think they also sell the rear window frame in case yours is broken (they are very fragile as I found out too late). And yes, after 1942 they changed to just having a rubber seal around it instead of the frame. The window is different, so be sure to get the '41-"42 glass.
