1. Yes, the seat and frame are bolted in and everything fits great. I ended up cutting my frame into two sections, one for each side. Makes for easier seat installation.
2. There is enough leg room for me but I'm only 5' 10". My 55 didn't look like it was made for a tall person, even with the stock seat. The seat backs from the LeSabre aren't fixed; they are power and move forward and back. But the movement is limited due to the relatively small cab.
3. The tops of my seat backs are level with the bottom of the rear window. That means the headrest blocks part of the rear window. The seat back also blocks part of my corner windows but no big deal.

One of the first things I did was to remove my incab tank. It leaked and I did not like the idea of a tank in the cab. My 30+ gallon tank is now under the rear part of the bed. In any case, I think the tank has to go with this type of seat.

I don't know for sure but I would think this type of seat would fit in your C-30.
