Ok, after testing every possible connection I traced it back to the starter. The positive cable lug had a small trace connection to ground. I swapped in another I had and it test at 0 ohms lug to ground. Put 12v back on it and it shows 0.07A draw. Is it normal to have a small draw? Or should I start pulling ground cables off to see if there is some resistance?
