Ok, I grabbed a better meter and now I can register the parasitic draw. I disconnected pretty much every wire under the dash until I was able to follow it back to.... the 6v starter. I disconnected all the other wires at the starter and it starts to draw as soon as I connect the big fat red one. Could this be a bad ground strap or starter block connection?
