Eagle eyes! It sure does look like a crack.... Attached are 2 pics, a close up of the suspected Crack and the corresponding area on the gasket. This area is between ##2 and #3. It's dry towards the top of the pic (driver side) and is wet at the bottom. I do have a spare (derelict) engine on hand. It's the one that came in the truck and had the rusted out lifter (detailed in my project journal).
