A big point in its favor, is it already has the modern 22.5" wheels, for which a good set of reasonably recent date code used tires may be had for a good price. With added bonus of no longer having wheels that can explode and kill you at random. Those rims might even be Accurides, which you could still get new 15 years ago. They're 20lbs lighter per rim than the new Jantsa versions, which I have, floating around.
