Update
Kroil is not a miracle product
Adjusters still wouldn’t move
Thought I’d remove the tires getting ready to cut shoe hold down pins
My 3/4” Chicago pneumatic impact would not break lug nuts loose so had to heat them
After that wheel spun freely
No clue what happened
Better to be lucky than good
Just barely got drum off with ridge but got it off
