I think that might be fixable, although it looks a bit bent. That divot in the latch cam can be fixed by the spring pieces that the vendors sell. It looks like something I'd attempt to fix with questionable results.
But your best approach might be to post in the Swap meet to see if someone has an original passenger latch in better condition.
