This is from the 1958 information posted above. It is on page 27 under electrical.
As noted, the dual headlights only are listed for Models 100-370 trucks (which does not include the P-Series panel trucks). The bigger truck models 450 through DW970 (including this 550 Series fire truck), were all equipped with single headlights on each fender as 4 headlight model distinction did not carry over to the bigger truck models.
