I took a good look at the photos I took during disassembly and don't see where I went wrong. (I took a lot of photos!)
I will probably call a VCCA expert next.
It will be interesting to find out the answer...it doesn't see as though it could be too complicated! The components are all pretty simple and seem to be such as they can only be assembled one way. (But, then there is the magic of the magnetic drive!!)
