Unless you've measured the pin location, you can't be sure. That notch at the bottom of the skirt must mean something. How about the sides not shown. Any relief cuts for expansion on one side?

To measure, stick a pin in each side so they stick out, lay the piston on it's side on a flat surface and measure up to the pins without moving the piston. Add those measurements together. Then do the same with the piston laying on the other side. Like Jerry said, the pin should be closest to the camshaft.
