It seems I missed another Bolters picture that shows "ALL" the pieces (except the J-hook and securing hardware) to your 1950 spare tire carrier and I wanted to update the info I've provided to fix my oops. dang

Turns out the diagram in the Master Parts Books aren't completely accurate, as it doesn't display everything for the carrier in question. Hope this further helps in finishing the answers to your question. smile
