I have to also ask for more info to help you. From where to where? Will the seller load it?
How will you unload it and get it in your shop?
Jerry is a pro Machinist and I have been around machine tools since I was sixteen. Mostly the bigger ones.
Sounds like it could be an older Cincinnati vertical mill.
