Hope you've checked the age of your tires. When I bought my last truck, 1953 Ford F-100, it had tires that looked brand new. When I checked the DOT age on the tires they were 20 years old. The spare tire was 22 years old. Hated having to do it but I pulled them off and got some Diamondback radials. Handling improved 100%. Still got those tires out in the barn. Anyone interested?
