Tom - It looks like no one is reproducing or currently offering the correct inside door handle remotes.
The 1947 Chevrolet Master Parts Book shows them as Parts Group 16.341, GM# 598907 Control, door lock remote (1" dia. x 1-1/8" thick). They are listed as fitting ALL 1939-46 Chevy (and most likely GMC) trucks and same part for both doors. They are not the same as the passenger car remotes, so no interchange there unfortunately.
Just a suggestion on my part, but I think your best bet to try and find some is to put an ad in our
Truck Parts Wanted forum to see if there are any fellow 'Bolters that might be able to help you out.
