The tube shocks make it a 1950 and later chassis. The rest of the pictures seem to confirm it's an AD 1950-54 3100 frame. The only other observation I would make is the condition of the front crossmember being in less than good condition on the rear ridge section which is where the engine front mount goes. That's going to require some repair or a replacement to properly support the 6 cylinder engine (if that's your plan?).
