I installed a vacuum reservoir under the dash (made it from an empty propane canister - see the attached pic) in the hope that the reservoir would have enough vacuum to carry the wiper thru the full throttle events. I haven't tried it out yet. My fallback position is to install a fuel/vacuum pump. I just finished rebuilding one of those.
