When I showed up at Jethro's on Friday, we talked about just how many bolters were going to actually show up, given all of regrets messages from those who had "Life Happens" issues and couldn't make it, I told him without hesitation that if it was just us two to show up we'd still have a grand time. A few more than just us did show up and we did have a Grand Time! We always do rain or shine.
I do miss seeing a bunch of you guys who couldn't pull it off to join us. There's always next time I reckon.
I'll never forget the first Homecoming that I attended. Sunday rolled around and it was time to go home, but I did not find myself in the mood to hurry up and hit the road. I made sure to say goodbye to everyone. Even after saying all of the goodbyes, I just stood there, feeling like I was where I belonged. These get togethers are special. I strongly recommend them to everyone.
