I am restoring a 1953 Chevy 3100 1/2 ton truck. It has a Chevy 3-speed manual transmission. I have rebuilt the transmission, but I seem to be missing a seal that goes on the front of the trans under the bearing retainer. This would keep transmission oil from coming through the input shaft bearing. I have checked all of the usual sources but can't seem to locate this seal. This is not the gasket, I have that. This is a seal that goes around the main input shaft. Anyone know where I can get one of these?
