It will certainly need the input shaft swap, not sure if it needs a full rebuild or now.
Anyway, it looks in the video like you did the entire assembly of the tranny WITHOUT using a hydraulic shop press. Is the press needed for the ~disassembly~ phase on a full rebuild?
