Ray - If you have an iPhone, you need to change the file type on your camera "format" settings from "High Efficiency" to "Most Compatible". The standard iPhone camera setting saves the pictures in "HEIC" format which is not supported by our attachment manager.
Changing that setting will also reduce the size of the picture files to what will normally readily post, and will save you memory storage space over the other file type.
