Thanks Kevin. Yours is the same document number with an H suffix vs a D suffix on mine and a newer 6/59 date than my 8/53 date. But yours does not have a stamp reading "Joe's Repair Service, New Berlin Ill" on page 3.
I'll see if I can spot the difference.
