Can someone please share the exhaust manifold casting numbers that are appropriate for 1954-62 261 engines? I need one with the outlet flange angled toward the rear, not the straight down outlet. I've spent a considerable amount of time and effort rehabbing an exhaust manifold I took off a 261 engine, only to find that the only intake that matches up is one for a 216- - - -casting # 3835557. The difference is the spacing of the intake-to-exhaust attaching bolts. The exhaust I just reworked has a 2 1/2" measurement between the studs close to the valve cover, and on several other manifolds I have on hand those studs are slightly over 2" apart. Before I go to the effort to rework another exhaust, I definitely want to be sure the intake with the bigger head ports is going to line up! Thanks in advance!
