Glen - Have you already removed the 3 speed and installed the 4 speed? Best guess after trying to compare side by side pics (near as I can get them to align) from you and John's provided pictures is it might bolt up. headscratch

The only way to get a more accurate answer is to try to mount it to the bell housing with the 4 speed installed and see how the mounting bolt holes line up.
