Assuming your valve train is adjusted properly, you've pretty much done everything possible to quiet down your truck.

Do you have wind noise from worn out weather stripping or Windows rattling and loose?

Since you've gone to the trouble of putting sound deadening everywhere, I assume that all your rubber seals are taken care of and are no holes in the firewall.

Installing insulation on the underside of the hood might also help but probably not as much as you're looking for.

Short of installing an engine with hydraulic lifters and an automatic transmission, I'm pretty sure you've done everything possible.
