I think it’d be really cool to see someone attempt this and document the process.
That said: here’s another idea. Advanced design frames, axles, steering components are all over FB marketplace…and cheap.
Finding a different front axle would be easily done. Swapping all your stuff onto that axle and onto the truck would be a relatively minor pain.
