Short answer according to the 1947-54 Chevrolet Truck FAM is yes. Doors get the same glue on rubber formed seal around the entire COE door perimeter as shown in the FAM extract pic below.

I'd suggest you read this reply to the older thread Door Seals / Weatherstrip Installation - Correct ? and view the linked still active video. It should prove helpful. The only real difference with COE doors, that I can tell from the FAM, is the lower door access panel has an overhanging flange along the bottom that looks to be part of the panel itself, where the regular truck cab doors have a separate metal strip that protects the bottom edge of the door weatherstrip from getting snagged/torn.
