Just cut the bottom out of the pan with a cutoff disc in an angle grinder and weld in a piece of 16 gauge mild steel sheet metal to replace it. (NOT galvanized!)

I use an acetylene torch for that kind of repair- - - - -bolt the pan to a core block to prevent warping it while you're welding.
