Thank you, Kenneth. You recommended that relay when I was planning to get my overdrive working. I took your advice, and the overdrive is working fine. I paid $125 for mine.
I'm starting to think that relays do mostly the same thing, and that I need only to find one of a correct amperage capacity and guess at dependability. I need to draw the options for what I want and make sure I understand before I start messing with anything.
