Other than the center section (meant for adjusting the hood) which can be unbolted, those rear hood braces are part of the hoods when built. To my knowledge no one is reproducing just those parts. On one hand, it's possible to cut out and weld in patches to replace the sections that are beyond saving. on the other hand, you might be able to salvage some off another old hood, but it's going to require drilling out the welds to remove them and welding them back onto your hood panels. You might be better off trying to locate another hood.
