Bill, thanks for the offer but I think I can pick up a whole set of adjustable hand reamers for about the cost of round trip shipping.

Jammer, a cylinder hone is what I was planning to use to finish right to the desired clearance, after the adjustable reamer gets it close.
I’ll be shooting for no more than .001 clearance for a good slip fit.
If I was still working, I would make them myself.
