Its a one piece graphite gasket, thick but fluffy for lack of a better description. Outstanding for sealing. works for stock manifolds and really helpful with irregularities in the cheap tube 235 headers or the Clifford 235 headers. More expensive than the more familiar three piece set but way way better. Take a look at the link I posted above.
