Fibonachu, thank you for the additional information. I plan to order the 2 port version (probably the Speedway clone of the Wildwood valve) to save a few bucks.
Once I have the valve in hand I will pick up the replacement master cylinder and then configure the brake lines to make it work. I am hoping to get it done in time to get it adjusted prior to weather forcing me to put the truck away for the winter.
