I agree entirely with Denny Graham: I too have a dremel, use it mainly for some drywall work and small lightduty jobs. When it comes to metal, air tools or a good angle grinder are hard to beat. I use a die grinder (air) all the time, really handy and never run out of power or have to recharge it.
