That is a Banjo fitting. You can replace the washer. I would put the fitting bolt side up on a piece of wood and put a socket over the hex as if you were going to screw it down. You can then tap the socket lightly and the body of the fitting should move down. You can then replace the copper gasket with a new copper gasket.
