I like that color. Any competent auto paint shop could match it into a couple of spray cans for you. Then you could prep, mask, and paint the wheels at your leisure. Regarding the hubcap clips, could you attach them to the new wheels with some little spacers underneath to bring them up to the correct height? Maybe bend 'em a little or else drill new holes closer to the end, to get them out a little further to interface with the old hubcaps?
