timm1960 - This AD Speedometer Freshening thread from a little while back has a ton of info related to speedometer removal, repairs/maintenance to the unit including stuff on replacing the needle.

I couldn't find a specific video demonstrating needle replacement. Perhaps another Bolter has a link to one they can share?
