I don't know what the respective weights are of a 235 and a 350 but I'd suspect that the 350 may aactually weigh less. As long as the front of the truck isn't pointing at the moon and the suspension and steering geometry remains stock, driving at 70mph won't be a problem.
My truck also has leaf springs all the way around and it handles just fine.
